Number: MER0003SF8 In the Mercedes-Benz Cars Development (RD), we design the automotive generations of the future. We mean innovative products with the highest quality and efficient development processes. We are already working on vehicles that will secure the technology leadership of Mercedes-Benz Group AG in the future. As part of the development of Body & Comfort controllers, functions and systems, our team is responsible for the methodological management and provision of the system and SW infrastructure in the Center. The high number of different functions and systems requires, in addition to the definition of standardized software technologies and tool environments, also to define, monitor and develop specifications regarding the development processes. Your tasks in detail: In the software development of the Body & Comfort Systems, you support the team members in the governance of the model based systems engineering

You support the protocol management and documentation of key decision-makers and prepare the content before and after

When designing efficient development processes, you will explore the applicability and continuity of the existing toolchains and processes, interview the relevant stakeholders and detail the existing SE processes in the IST and SOLL in a process tool (Signavio)

You will get an insight into requirements and system engineering and related processes and tools and actively contribute to their sustainability

The work student activity can start from December 2025.

You are currently studying Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical and Information Technology, Business Informatics

You can organize yourself well, love independent work and contact other employees at the same time

You have experience in project coordination and organisation

Your analytical skills characterize you

You are fit in Microsoft Office

Ideally, you know process modeling method and have made first experience with appropriate tools

English and German rule in word and writing
