Trainee lawyer: Employment law (m/w/d)

We at the Labour Law Team are looking for committed and motivated legal experts (m/w/d) in the electoral station with a focus on labour law. Answering requests from the operational staff section on individual and collective issues that you are increasingly working independently Monitoring and preparation of labour law procedures Analysis of legislative and judicial changes and development of concepts for implementation Working with exciting projects such as KI@AXA, e-mobility, the continuous development of New Work Active participation in operational committee meetings and design of operational agreements and operational regulations

Good to very good knowledge of labour law, which you have set by appropriate focuses in your studies/referendariat or in addition within the scope of secondary activities You're burning for solving tricky labour issues and want to apply your skills in practice Curiosity to understand the relationships in a group and to take things independently Team spirit and regular team exchange are important to you
