Regional Director (m/f/d)

You run the Regional Director Nuremberg, including the offices Dresden and Leipzig, organizational and personal. You decide responsible for questions of performance law and advise the Pensions Committee and the Opposition Committee. You are responsible for the implementation of the rehabilitation strategy of the professional community and the achievement of the objective in the region of Southeast. Your duties include cooperation in various internal working and project groups. You also represent the trade unions in the national associations and working groups of the DGUV.

Scientific higher education with an above-average degree, preferably two legal state exams, or comparable qualification with completion of career requirements for the higher service. Multiannual activity in a senior position - as far as possible in a comparable area. Outstanding leadership qualities (especially employee motivation, team leadership, conflict management).
