Job description

• Assembly, testing and packaging of parts/components at several processing stations. Mainly in the clean room area (the permanent wearing of protective clothing is required for this purpose)
• Loading machines with parts/materials. Granules for injection moulding machines and packaging materials (e.g. trays, cartons, foils) for the corresponding finished products
• performing simple maintenance and cleaning work according to Specification or instruction to machines (e.g. lubricating, oils).
• Check and document the defined quality parameters according to Requirements in the digital quality system.
• sorting out faulty parts/materials after visual inspection and documenting errors by type and frequency.
• Hourly performance documentation in digital number tracking

Qualifications

• Training: completed vocational training in the field of metal or comparable qualifications
• Personality: Team-capable, responsible, independent
• Working method: Structured, ready for shift and weekend work (3-shift model: early/spin/night shift)
• Experiences and know-how: first practical experience in manufacturing and in shift operation. Knowledge of plastic injection molding would be advantageous (not necessarily necessary)
• Languages: Good knowledge of German in word and writing
