This brings you successfully completed professional studies with a focus on labour law and/or personnel (economic law, business management, etc.) Good knowledge of labour, social and collective bargaining law Ability to quickly penetrate more complex legal issues and to quickly engage in new topics and to implement them independently A responsible, structured and solution-oriented approach Representative communication and consulting skills as well as self-initiative and hands-on mentality Secure control of current MS Office applications and a good understanding of further IT programs, such as SAP/HR
