At the law office, you will participate in central, research-related tasks of the University Hospital. The focus of your activity is on research and third-party funding. In particular, this includes: Legal examination, design and negotiation of third-party contracts Contracts with pharmaceutical and medical companies Contracts for clinical trials, research cooperations and other studies Legal advice on insurance issues in the field of clinical studies and research projects Legal support of departments and clinics in selected questions of university law, research and medical law Processing of individual requests from different legal areas (in particular civil law, contract law, public law with university and hospital reference) Participation in the further development of internal standards, model contracts and processes You work closely with the clinics, research administration, administration and external partners (e.g. industry, cooperation partners, insurance companies) and help to support research legally safe, efficient and practical
