Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You come directly from Darmstadt and want to work near the city without long journeys? Do you have innovative ideas for the participation of people with support needs and do you like to shape change processes? Then you're right with us. In Heidelberger Straße we offer 14 people with an impairment a cozy home in the middle of the city and still quietly through courtyard and garden. The central location in Darmstadt with tram in front of the front door and a large park facing it make this the perfect place for residents and team.

How your day looks like • Embed in an experienced team, you have a lot of time for the care of the residents - sometimes in the front and back house • Your work is very varied – • In the front house you support our very agile and fit clients in everyday things such as the design of leisure or social space development. • In the back house you help our six non-verbal, partially blind clients who need a lot of security and constant processes

• You take specific case responsibility and promote self-determination, everyday management and social participation • In tandem with a colleague, you will have an overview of all basic services and SGB IX. You are in contact with various cost providers, apply for technical service hours and ensure their provision • In addition to the focus in educational care, you also take care of the basic care of our residents (support for moving, showering, etc.) • In order to support development and behavioral problems well, you can network with references, parents and colleagues who support you at work

You can look forward to • An indefinite fixed job with a job share of 70-90% • Individual and adapted aids for all residents, to facilitate working day and intensive work by the team • Individual and flexible schedules in a proven 2-shift system (with services from 6 am to 9 pm) - only in exceptional cases you will be employed at night • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E8 (52.850€-66.400€ Full time/year - depending on the experience - incl. Annual special payment and fixed allowances), plus time supplements
