After Timo and Otmar Horl's design and construction competencies were the first generation of roller grinders, we left the local factory cellar and are represented today with two office locations in Freiburg. As a visual content creator (w/m/d), you actively shape the visual appearance of HORL. You develop content that sets our products, brand and people behind it authentic and high quality. From social media formats to product productions to event and lifestyle content, you create visual experiences that inspire our community and let our brand world grow further.

Your tasks

Together with the team, you are responsible for the production of high-quality video formats for the HORL social media channels and accompany projects from the first idea, through planning and turning to the final playout. You implement film and video productions on your own, develop visual concepts, take camera work, lighting and image design, and make sure that our brand is presented consistently and high-quality on all channels. You are responsible for the post production of our content, cutting videos to the highest level, developing matching sound concepts and ensuring that HORL's visual premium appeal is always visible through professional colorgrading. You independently develop and produce social media content for our food retention project and create platform-specific content that inspire both content and visually. You plan and accompany internal shootings, implement product recordings and document events and special moments within the company. With a trained look for details for a high-quality visual processing of all content, you can do so.

You bring several years of practical experience in the fields of ideography, film production and content creation and can demonstrate your work on the basis of a meaningful portfolio or showreels. You have an excellent mastery of professional camera, light and sound technology and implement productions independently at the highest quality level. You master Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, excellent. Ideally, you also have well-founded experience with DaVinci Resolve and professional colorgrading. You have a strong sense of visual language, storytelling and visual aesthetics and understand how to stage content emotionally, brand-friendly and platform-specific. You know the requirements of modern social media platforms and you know how content needs to be built to reach and sustainably inspire people. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, identify yourself with a high level of quality and bring the necessary hands-on mentality to successfully implement projects from the first idea to the final performance. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
