Team Management Service m/w/d Workshop-Constantin-Bewatt We are looking for a team management (m/w/d) for the accompanying service of the Constantin-Bewatt workshop. The job is done in full time for 39 hours per week. Place of application Diakonie Ruhr Werkstätten non-profit GmbH is a company of Diakonie Ruhr non-profit GmbH. The company is the carrier of the workshop for disabled people Constantin-Bewatt. Its location is both the work area for people with mental disabilities at the Constantin site on Hiltroper Straße and the work area for people with mental illness at the Bewatt site in Bochum. Technical and organisational management of the accompanying service Responsibility for the further development and maintenance of rehabilitation planning as part of the care and qualification of people with disabilities incl. Ensuring the necessary reporting Conceptual development Personnel responsibility and personnel development of the multi-professional teams Restoration of crises and challenging situations Cooperation with other areas and active participation in management conferences and projects Representation of the accompanying service in external bodies, working groups and network meetings

You have completed studies in the field of social education, social work, medical education, care or similar qualifications You have experience in integration aid You have first management experience or the motivation to assume leadership responsibility You have a strong ability to inter-professional communication You have the ability to combine different perspectives and to moderate understandable, solution-oriented votes You are resilient and crisis-proof
