For the area ''divisional Design Authority'', we are looking for an at the Ulm site Senior Solutions Software Architect (m/d) The Senior Solutions Software Architectin is a member of the Divisional Design Authority and is responsible for ensuring that the software architectures of the various projects of the Multi Domain Solutions division follow the division strategies and serve the requirements of System Solutions. He/she actively agrees with the Corporate Design Authority and other divisional Design Authorities in content, strategies and solutions.

Design and implementation of software architectures for complex systems and applications - both as a group-wide solution and explicitly project-specific Creation of divisional software roadmaps and definition of architecture and design guidelines in coordination with program and product roadmaps taking into account higher-level strategies Ensuring the results of the division in Time, Cost & Quality, with regard to SW architectures and SW roadmap Creation of divisional software roadmaps orchestration between the different divisional SW roadmaps, program requirements and corporate strategies Coordination of concepts and designs with the Corporate Design Authority and other divisional Design Authorities Further SW Architects for Group-wide Solutions Analysis of requirements, derivation of concepts, technical documentation and presentation of architectural decisions Identification and evaluation of new technologies and tools to improve development processes Ensuring scalability, security and viability of software solutions Mentoring and support of other architects, performing code reviews and ensuring compliance with best practices in software development

Complete study of computer science, software technology or a comparable qualification At least five years of practical experience in software development, of which at least three years in a role as superior software architect Wide experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python or similar Experience in stakeholder management and persuasiveness Experience in agile software development (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Knowledge with modern and modular software architectures (e.g. microservices, cloud architectures) Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking Embossed communication skills, in particular in the targeted communication and visualization of complex technical concepts Team-oriented thinking and ability to work together in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and English
