The Department of SAP Competence Center at the Department of Finance is set up across the institution with employees from the Finance Department and from the central IT service facility TIK (Technical Information and Communication Services). The main responsibility is the reliable operation of the system as well as the medium and long-term optimization of the application, function and reporting offer. You manage and maintain the customization of the data-carrying system SAP S/4HANA, in particular in the modules SD, FI and CATS (GUI and Fiori applications) and develop this. You work on the joint subproject management with colleagues from the SAP Competence Center in the conceptual preparation, customization and administration of further, unrolled SAP modules, in particular SD, if necessary MM. You are responsible for a cross-module error management, test management and transport management in the SD, FI, CATS modules and participate in testing mechanisms and tests, among other things, during the upcoming release change. You advise, train and support colleagues in the department as well as end-users, work with contacts within and outside the university and document the content. You work with the conceptual and performing development and the continuous maintenance of rights and roles (legal management).
