Tasks:

• You take over the full pay and salary accounting and ensure their correctness and schedule
• you accompany your colleagues: from entry to exit through all administrative HR processes
• you also answer questions about pay tax, social security and labour law competently and understandably
• You take care of the personal master files and the creation of certificates and messages
• in addition, you are actively involved in day-to-day business and support your team with a pronounced hands-on mentality

Profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial training as a HR specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• you also have a well-founded practical experience in pay billing as well as in generalistic staff work
• You know very well in wage tax, social security and labour law and work safely with DATEV and SAP
• Your German is reliable in word and writing and allows you to communicate precisely in the HR environment
• not least trading You own initiative, have joy in administrative tasks and think solution-oriented
