As a team for innovation, luxury & sustainability in strategic project management, we ensure that upcoming vehicle generations are convincing in terms of innovation, luxury and sustainability. We are a motivating team that defines the requirements for the luxury and sustainability of our vehicles as a superordinate body. From market research to material and design prototypes to the creation of concrete concepts: with us you get deep insights into the development and development of our future vehicles. During your internship, you will work closely with the departments for development, future research, market research, product management and global partners and implement the topics innovation, luxury and sustainability from a strategic perspective. You take over the organisation and management of international and cross-departmental workshops and meetings, including pre- and post-processing. You will also be able to participate in the development, evaluation and implementation of strategic product features and to design your own projects independently from planning to implementation. These challenges include: You are in the middle of strategic product management at Mercedes-Benz Cars and work closely with the teams in development, future and market research, product management and our global partners You help not only define our product strategy, but also implement it You research innovation, luxury & sustainability concepts / trends and accompany them in the implementation process You are actively involved in the planning, implementation and follow-up of international and cross-departmental workshops and meetings You will work with the design, evaluation and realization of our product concepts You will also have the opportunity to design and manage independent projects from planning to implementation The activity can begin from March 2026.

Studies in Business Administration, Economy, Innovation Management or a similar field Basic knowledge of agile working methods Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach desire to work independently and to move something together with the team Communication Sense of exclusivity & affinity for luxury Interest in automobiles & sustainability Certain innovation spirit Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate for a mandatory or combination internship for the duration of 6 months.
