The team ''Aktionsmanagement Sindelfingen, Bremen, South Africa & external surfaces'' is responsible for the quality assurance of built-in vehicles that are still in the factory access or on external surfaces such as Bremerhaven or Kippenheim. We take over the cross-departmental coordination and operational implementation of all necessary steps, so that the customers do not achieve any detected errors on already produced vehicles. The action management plays an important role in the error setting process. Through distribution locks, we ensure that all necessary measures are carried out before delivery. The measures are very versatile and range from software updates, encodings and various tests to the exchange of hardware components. The implementation of these measures is also our responsibility and is implemented by our masteries or external service providers. In 2026, several new series will be launched at the Sindelfingen plant. During the start-up phases, our outdoor location in Kippenheim plays a central role. Here numerous vehicles are processed by our own mastery and an external service provider. You are part of a team working both in Sindelfingen and on site in Kippenheim to ensure a smooth start. Development of reports with the help of PowerBI and Excel VBA

Support in Kippenheim on site

As an intern, you support the action managers in coordinating work actions

Control of vehicle releases as part of certification barriers

Creation of management documents

The activity can begin from the end of January/beginning of February 2026.

Course: Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, BWL or a comparable course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge in PowerBI and VBA of advantage

Commitment and team skills

Willingness to travel to Kippenheim

Communication skills, analytical thinking and strategic working

Self-employed work

Affinity for technical questions

A good eye for aesthetics and the layout of professional presentations
