Teacher

As an educational specialist, you have the task of guiding and promoting a group of 4 to 6 children in everyday life together in a team.

In our institution, children and young people have a long-term development opportunity. The children benefit from the collectively designed everyday life through warm and motivated people, the trauma pedagogical approach, animal-based pedagogy and therapy, psychotherapy and other forms of therapy. We have the intensification to create individual help oriented towards the needs and resources of the young people accommodated. The Weberhof is an educational institution according to §34 and §35a SGB VIII.

Your activity:

• They create a positive, value-adding and resource-oriented everyday life together with the children and their team • They build sustainable, clear, model and transparent relationships • Promote children and young people through a positive role model and clear educational action

Your direct activities:

• Organisation and implementation of the daily routine • Care and promotion of children and adolescents (4-16 years)/ daily care/social and emotional care • Designing an intensive relationship work • Contacts to youth offices, legal representatives, help plan procedures, help process reports • Cooperation with schools • Family work • Crisis intervention • Documentation and reporting • Networking work
