Complete training in the social, educational or technical field Experience in working with people with disabilities, ideally in the field of professional rehabilitation or workshop for disabled people (WfbM) Ability to quickly capture operational conditions and adapt coaching processes to different companies You enjoy dealing with people and actively take responsibility for preventing border injuries and violence.
