Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Staff management and development: Recruitment, training and motivation of the team to ensure excellent service. Daily business: monitoring of all operating processes in the restaurant, including kitchen, service and bar. Planning and organisation: Creation of schedules, monitoring of working hours and ensuring optimal personnel deployment planning. Quality control: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP as well as checking food and service quality. Customer support: Professional handling of guest complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Financial management: Control of budgets, costs and revenue, and implementation of inventory and optimisation of profitability. Supplier management: Ordering goods and maintaining long-term business relations. Marketing & Events: Development of promotions, events and promotions to increase the number of guests. Reporting: Creating detailed reports on revenues, costs and operational processes for management.

Multiannual experience in a leading position in the gastronomy or hotel industry. Funded knowledge in the areas of employee management, financial management and gastronomy. Embossed communication skills and a solution-oriented mode of operation. High level of organizational skills, durability and flexibility. Passion for gastronomy and an eye for details. Knowledge of the use of restaurant software is advantageous. Ready for shiftwork, even on weekends and holidays.
