• You analyze and eliminate complex disturbances and perform RCA analyses.
• You operate and maintain our server, storage, network and virtualization environments.
• You recognize anomalies early on by evaluating monitoring data and logs.
• You coordinate escalations with the 3rd level and external service providers and document the solutions.
• You're planning technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles in our knowledge database.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Multiannual professional experience in support or administration of datacenter infrastructures
• Funded IT basic knowledge and fun to deal with new topics and technologies
• Very good knowledge of at least two of these areas: storage, virtualization, backup solutions, network, Microsoft
• Good English skills
• Personally we like your independent, process-oriented and structured work.
