As a dual student:in YEPP you get the chance to participate in a professional HR team from the outset and get a broad insight into all facets of human resources. You support in recruiting along the entire application process You work in HR administration (contract & document management, onboarding and offboarding) Get insights into Payroll & cooperation with our Payroll team You are working on HR projects (e.g. employee satisfaction, employer branding, cultural projects) You participate in internal workshops, team events and training formats Know the entire spectrum of employee life cycle – from recruiting to HR operations to strategic HR topics

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
