In Ishara you will create a safe, modern and service-oriented bathing facility – and develop one of the most popular leisure pools in the region together with your team. Ensure safe, trouble-free and modern bathing operation according to legal requirements and our quality standards Organize and monitor water control, hygiene, traffic control and water treatment according to DIN 19643 Coordinate the technical facilities of the bath and control the annual revision with internal areas and external companies Plan the use of lifeguards:inside, service and cash register staff and new employees:include Control, document and optimize processes, processes and key figures of the bathing operation

You have a professional qualification in bathing and bring leadership skills, organisational skills and joy in dealing with people. Completed training as a specialist: for bathing or comparable qualification in the management of bathing or leisure facilities First or profound experience in leadership of teams Good IT skills (e.g. MS Office) and basic business understanding High social competence, communication strength and motivating leadership Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and sense of responsibility and service orientation
