You actively shape our pricing strategy – with a view to competition and our corporate goals and ensure that we play in the front market. Together with our Sparten-Aktuariats, you control the profitability of the company. You build a powerful market monitoring and develop it further to enable data-driven and transparent price decisions. You develop smart, dynamic models that react flexibly to market changes and customer behavior. You use modern analysis and optimization tools to make our pricing even more efficient and more precise. You bring your expertise to cross-departmental projects on new data sources, digitization and modeling solutions and actively promote them. You lead and develop your team visibly: through coaching, clear goals, regular feedback, targeted training and the promotion of professional excellence in the field of pricing.

A successfully completed study of mathematics, natural sciences, data science or comparable discipline; a training for the Aktuar DAV is a plus. Multiannual experience in pricing and market analysis, ideally in the insurance environment. Safe handling of statistical methods, analysis tools, dynamic models and optimization techniques. Strategic, analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills, a structured way of working, presentation security and experience in project management. Representative leadership competence: You communicate clearly, act empathy and decision-making and deal professionally with conflicts.
