You advise and maintain your customers professionally in all questions about service, repair technology and cost-effectiveness as well as body accident repair and painting. You are responsible for order processing, expert evaluation, accounting and receivable management. Digital media and applications are used for consulting and communication. In addition, you are responsible for the handling of warranty and cunning requests and the creation of cost proposals. Final check the quality of the work done.

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, commercial or service consultant qualification with relevant professional experience. Customer-oriented and cost-conscious thinking and acting. Excellent quality awareness, ready-to-use and reliability. IT affinity. Very good knowledge of German and English, ideally further language skills.
