Global SC&L Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your role: As a project manager (m/w/d) Supply Chain & Logistics, you control global and regional projects and drive the further development of our organization. You optimize processes, strengthen the performance of the supply chain and make an important contribution to customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with international project standards, represent the cluster in global initiatives and work closely with internal interfaces. Your challenge: Leadership of global and regional projects to optimize stocks, supply chain costs and quality Planning, implementation and completion of projects including resource management, risk analysis and control as well as quality assurance Control and coordination of projects in the areas of planning, operation of distribution centers, transport and other supply chain processes Implementation and Ensure MANN+HUMMEL Project Management Standards in the SC&L cluster Global responsibility for all SC&L projects to comply with the project management guidelines of MANN+HUMMEL and OPS Responsibility for compliance with time, cost and quality objectives in projects Ensuring a standardized project documentation within the cluster Central interface to clusters, business units and other corporate functions (e.g. finance, IT, purchasing) Construction and management of a global SC&L project management community and regular implementation of project reviews

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies focusing on project management, logistics, engineering or a comparable subject area Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in the project environment, ideally related to the supply chain Expertise: Experience in managing and implementing cross-functional projects in the supply chain environment, in particular in the areas of distribution, material flow planning, inventory management and transport networks Funded knowledge of project management Experience in handling Power BI Safe handling of MS Office and Power BI; SAP knowledge is advantageous

Language knowledge: Very good English knowledge in word and writing; German knowledge is advantageous Personality: Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Strong Problem Solving Skills High intercultural competence and experience in cooperation with international teams Sovereign communication capability - from shopfloor to top management Team-oriented, binding and strong Structured and solution-oriented, even in complex project situations Proactive operation and joy in driving changes readiness for international travel (30 - 50 %)
