Technical advice and support: You are the central contact person for specialist questions relating to pay billing and time management, and you issue legal, tariff and operational rules and interpret these HR-IT and system consulting: Your high IT affinity sets you in the environment for consulting and implementing customer or Group requirements with the specialist focus on pay, time management and travel cost accounting are productively integrated - especially in the SAP HCM and Concur context (including legal evaluations, process adjustments, test activities for billing results and certification obligations). Interface management: You work closely with HR-IT interfaces, internal accounting units, as well as customer companies and secure a stable operation. Training and documentation creation: You create relevant training documents and documentation for employees in the pay billing and adjacent areas. Process analysis and optimization: You analyze existing processes in pay billing and time management and develop matching optimization proposals.

Qualification: Successfully completed technical training in the field of personnel or a comparable qualification with a focus on personnel Professional experience: at least two years of professional experience in HR-IT and/or Payroll environment Specific expertise: SAP HR system knowledge required Basic legal knowledge: basic knowledge of labour, social security, tax and collective bargaining.
