Food Production Manager (m/f/d)

Our client is an established medium-sized production plant in the food sector with a motivated team. Until recently the company was a manufactory, some time ago it was begun to industrialize processes. Now the threshold is to increase the production volume and fully utilize the capacity of the site. In addition, hygiene and quality requirements place high demands on process stability. We need you to complement the existing team.

We are looking for an engineer or technician with leadership experience at the next possible date, but this is also close to production technology.

Management of the production and maintenance department in the operational daily business Ensuring stable and secure plant operation Analysis and optimization of production processes and plant availability Technical coordination of maintenance and maintenance measures Leadership and further development of employees Preparation and implementation of technical improvement and investment projects Coordination and cooperation with external service providers such as engineering offices

Technical studies, technician training or teaching with corresponding further developments in process engineering, food technology, e.g. dairy industry Multiannual experience in the industrial environment ideally in pharmaceutical or food production, ideally with thermal processes or hygiene regulations Experience with technical systems, production processes or industrial process engineering and the joy of their optimization Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in work in the production environment At least first leadership experience
