Number: MER0003TFV In the MB.OS Energy Efficiency Architecture team, we optimize the energy requirements of 12V components in all Mercedes-Benz vehicles to improve efficiency and reach. We carry out measurements on vehicles and generate forecasts and simulations. The data obtained are stored in a central database.

For topics in the field of storage, processing and analysis of our forecast and vehicle data, we are looking for support by an intern. These challenges include: Further development of the evaluation methodology of vehicle measurements and direct connection to the energy efficiency database Further development of the web interface for the energy efficiency database Enlargement of the Energy Efficiency Database to new data and applications Communication with users to collect feedback and presentation of results

The activity can start from January 2026.

Technical studies with the field of computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, etc. Programming skills with a higher programming language (ideally Python or JavaScript) Knowledge in the field (relational) databases Experience in handling the git version control system Joy in developing apps Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Commitment and team skills Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
