How does your day look like

In our group “Nieder-Beerbacher Straße 47” on the idyllicly situated Sonnenhof in Mühltal, 12 adults live with mental and partly physical impairments. A thematic focus of our work is dealing with challenging behaviors. • With empathy and humour, they provide a reliable daily routine and create a home that provides security and stability for people with complex behavioral challenges. You will create an environment characterised by understanding, trust and sustainable relationships • Instead of focusing the behavior, focus on the emotional injuries and blockages that are often behind them. • They bring the values of client-centric psychotherapy into daily work: empathy, authenticity and unconditional appreciation are the basis of our approach • They work on the basis of the concept of development-friendly relationship to B. Senckel and U. Luxen and help people develop new perspectives and overcome personal obstacles • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our clients, you will work in close cooperation on collaborative collaborative collaborative collaborators, e.g. specialist consulting or specialist care, which will assist you in your work
