Then you are right with us! Together with you, we want to actively shape the future and transformation of Mercedes-Benz. We work across locations and internationally and in this context we design innovative and forward-looking personnel work. At the same time, as part of the Global Functional Team “Attract & Hire” we aim to ensure an impressive Candidate Experience. We analyze and identify needs for change to derive and implement concepts. As part of this strategic work, you will receive your own work packages and build a network of (international) HR teams and our departments. These challenges include: You support us in the conceptual redesign of the adjustment process and work with the Liaison Management Team in the introduction of global recruiting processes At the same time, you will see how the newly defined processes are implemented on the system side Together with the Hire & Contract Steering team, you create new standards in the hiring process (work contract, offer letter, terms packages, communication). You are part of team-internal rekos and workshops and actively participate in the event Within our department, you will gain further insights into topics such as talent networks, recruiting and onboarding. The internship can start from December 2025.

You study psychology, economics, social sciences or a comparable degree course with deepening staff You want to shape the Attract & Hire Future of Mercedes-Benz together with us in a dynamic and international environment To do this you bring a quick understanding, a high interest in new questions and readiness to learn with
