Our ''Control and Planning CKD Network'' department is responsible for the support of the international CKD (Completely Knocked Down) production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars. With its six plants worldwide and over 2,000 employees, the network makes a significant contribution to corporate success. Our team “CKD Network Governance & Business Development” focuses on securing the center management functions, body management and alignment of the international business goals. In cooperation with various international interfaces and business partners at the headquarters, such as finance, strategy, sales, IT and logistics, we manage the economic success of the CKD network. These great challenges await you in the CKD area: Transformation projects: You sometimes work independently on digitization and electrification projects and support the application of agile methods for digital optimization of the CKD network Intercultural cooperation: You control international production sites in Egypt, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam in close cooperation with local colleagues on site Strategic, operational project work: You support strategic projects including the preparation and preparation of appointments Reporting: You create reports as well as decision templates for (top) management and perform international interdisciplinary tasks with a high degree of responsibility and self-sufficiency Process maps: You actively design and document process maps (e.g. logistics processes) using the BPMN process modeling method with The internship offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in an international environment. Academic background: You have completed several semesters of courses such as economics or technology management Practical experience: First practical experience in business or project management are beneficial Automotive affinity: enthusiasm for the automotive industry especially.
