Flexible working time modelsYour patient: Within hours are at least 20 hours a week, supplemented by fixed pre- and post-processing times. Whether you distribute these hours to four or five days, we work together. The Backoffice plans dates and supports you in everyday life. At the same time, you can customize dates. You get orientation and keep your design playroom.

Full DigitizationI expects a fully digitized practice with digital patients:internal, digital test tools and automated test diagnostics that directly evaluates you results. You work with an iPad, use digital books and worksheets, and you can easily do documentation digitally. For the patient: inside contact you can even use your own practical handy.

Top equipped therapy roomsThanks to five fully equipped therapy rooms that you can choose freely. Each room has desk, board and extensive therapy materials. Our practice is modern, high-quality and centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the Königsallee. A welcoming reception area ensures a pleasant atmosphere for you and your patient: inside. Coffee, drinks and a fully equipped kitchen are of course available.

Intensive incorporation with guideYou will not be thrown into cold water. You are expecting a structured incorporation with a clear checklist, guides for initial discussions, explanations of therapy contract and education as well as a digital introduction to all systems. Jasmin, Franzi and our back office are available to you every day. Step by step, you will surely be in your new role.

Continuing training and further developmentYour technical development is our heart. An above-average training budget, regular intervision and support for specializations such as EMDR or schema therapy awaits you. You can expand your focus and gain practical experience directly. Continuing training does not happen at any time with us, but is integrated into your working day.

Versatile tasks instead of everyday lifeFor us you not only treat classic individual therapies. Coaching, pair therapy, ADHD diagnostics and company workshops await you. Depending on the experience you start with the basics or get deeper. Your strengths and interests are your focus. You will be guided step-by-step to new areas and gather practical experience on site. Everything is so built that you don't need additional training to get started.
