Strategic and operational representation of the DBSJ in the assigned task area – judicial and extrajudicial • Planning, control and controlling of the DBSJ budget as well as active medium-term acquisitions (funds, donations, third-party funds) Representation of interests and positioning of DBSJ in the public, in networks, as well as against political and social actors strategic network management and representation at federal level in relevant bodies Conception, control and implementation of projects, initiatives and events (e.g. Youth-Country Cup) Development and implementation of innovative programmes for children and young people with and without disabilities to promote sport, engagement and participation within the meaning of the UN Convention on the Law of Prevention Close cooperation with the Executive Board of DBSJ and cooperation and consultation of bodies, regional and specialist associations and national partner organisations (e.g. German Sportjugend) Contact person responsible for the field of prevention of sexualized violence

Complete university degree (Master) or comparable qualification as well as at least five years relevant professional experience – ideally in sports management Detectable leadership experience and competence in team and personnel development Knowledge of the structures of organised sport in Germany, especially in the youth field Experience in funding and financial management, including budget management and controlling Structured, independent organizational skills High communication strength, team capacity and sense of responsibility German and English knowledge in word and writing Flexibility and high readiness for business trips and operations outside the usual office hours
