Manager:in Treasury Strategy & Operations (m/f/d)

You analyse the financing requirements of the tkMX group and guide recommendations for action, e.g. by establishing a short- and medium-term liquidity and interest rate planning, including the financing mix and conditions based on the planned commitment of the Group companies. You advise international subsidiaries of the tkMX Group to manage financial risks (currency, interest and commodity price risks) and participate in the development of hedging strategies. You advise international subsidiaries of the tkMX Group on intra-group financing by means of intra-group settlement accounts and loans. You are responsible for the preparation of evaluations and analyses and create reports as part of the monthly financial statements as well as risk reports and special evaluations. You work closely with the participating international subsidiaries, internal specialist departments and our banks. If necessary, You support the handling of intra-group payment transactions (in-house banking), the handling and control of external banking transactions (hedging and money trading) and the management of bank guarantees and corporate liability statements. You support the implementation of specific project and special tasks and the support of tkMX's treasury IT.

You have completed university studies, preferably with the focus on finance. You have many years of professional experience in the field of corporate finance, ideally in an internationally operating group, and have well-founded knowledge i.V.m. of derivative and original financial instruments as well as relevant regulation and first knowledge of accounting according to HGB and/or IFRS. You bring very good knowledge in the usual applications of the financial sector as well as in MS Office and ideally already have experiences in the Treasury Management System ITS of the company ION. In addition to a high initiative and willingness to use, you are characterized by an analytical thinking and working method. You work in a solution-oriented manner and are able to develop complex facts independently. You work conscientiously and document your results. Very good German knowledge is assumed.
