In order to support our team at the Headoffice in Lauf an der Pegnitz we are looking for an SEA Manager (m/w/d) in full time. Campaign control: You are responsible for, optimierst and continuously develop our SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing Ads and Google Shopping) nationally and internationally. Performance optimization: You tax all campaigns profit-oriented and customer-centred taking into account relevant KPIs such as cost, revenue, profit and ROI. Tracking & Privacy: You implement and monitor tracking setups and secure a GDPR-compliant data collection. Reporting & Analysis: Start automated reporting in Excel and Looker Studio, analyze the results and guide specific action recommendations. Automation: You continue to use and develop automation options in SEA accounts, for example through scripts, feed optimizations, or smart bonding strategies. Web Analysis: You analyze user behavior and campaign performance based on GA4 and other web tracking data. Interface management: You work closely with internal teams such as e-commerce and brand marketing as well as external agencies. Further development: You identify growth potentials, trends and optimization approaches and proactively promote the further development of our SEA strategy.

You have a completed training or a completed study in the field of business management, marketing, e-commerce or a comparable subject. You bring at least four years of professional experience in online marketing – ideally with a clear focus on Search Engine Advertising (SEA). You have well-founded practical experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) and Google Shopping campaigns and know the relevant levers for a successful performance control. Tracking technologies, conversion tracking, and analysis of campaign data are part of your craftsmanship. Ideally, you also bring experience with GA4 and common web analysis tools. You work structured, analytic and solution-oriented, and you will address topics independently and proactively. You recognize relationships quickly, derive data-based measures and deal with entrepreneurship at cost, revenue and profitability. You are convinced by a clear communication, you are happy to work in the team and move safely to the interfaces with internal departments and external partners. Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
