Number: MER0003UJO Are you interested in cars, are communicative and want to know how to tell exciting stories about our vehicles? Then you are at the right place – we offer you the perfect mix of communication, creativity and automotive fascination! Our team is responsible for the press and communication work for the S- and E-Class as well as our large SUV models. For this we create communication strategies and press texts, control image and video productions and work with international media representatives. We understand technical content and ensure consistent communication. Our communication ranges from classic press releases to creative digital concepts. These include the planning of photo and video productions, the creation of press materials and multimedia storytelling formats. We develop the messages for our vehicles – creative, strategic and on the point. We work closely with marketing, research & development and product management. With us you immerse yourself in the world of product communication and collect valuable experience in practice. You work independently on versatile projects, introduce your ideas and learn how press and communication work works. These challenges come to you: Write and tune press texts in German and English as well as selection and provision of press images

Creation of presentations for internal and external communication

Support in the planning and implementation of press and driving events

Monitoring and analysis of media reporting

Support for media requests and support for journalistic questions

Development and implementation of social media and digital PR measures

Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share. The activity may begin from 1 February or 1 March 2026.

Studies in the media industry, communication sciences, journalism, BWL or a comparable subject

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Interest in vehicles, technology and storytelling

Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint to create presentations

First experiences in PR or media work (e.g. through internships) are a plus
