IT-Studium, IT-training (specialist (m/w/d) system integration) or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in IT operations including Microsoft 365 in business environment and Microsoft Azure First practical experience or strong interest in AI technologies, APIs, data processing and AI-based tools Very good knowledge of Windows client operating systems, especially installation, error analysis, directional lines, user profiles, drivers and updates First management experience or project management in the IT environment Imprinted service orientation as well as a structured and self-responsive operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
