Independent acceptance, testing and collection of customer orders in our product management program Telephone consulting and customer support Close, independent cooperation with various departments in the company Processing of complaints and their solutions Creation of delivery documents Booking and managing storage movements Maintenance and creation of internal and external statistics

Successfully completed commercial training ideally in shipping and logistics First professional experience in materials management, warehouse management or in a comparable position Practice-proven and good computer skills with the current MS Office programs and ideally experience with EAP High customer orientation, team skills and independent working Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical thinking and care and detail accuracy
