IT infrastructure & network: management of IT and TK systems for several companies, including network (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls), server (Hyper-V, VMware), backup and security solutions Microsoft 365 & Cloud: Microsoft-365-Tenants administration, mail archiving, data backups, license management and cloud services (Hetzner, IONOS, Alibaba Cloud) Server and System Administration: Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Entra-ID synchronization, patch management, virtualization, storage solutions and vulnerability management Security & Backup Management: Monitoring, Data Backup with VEEAM, LTO Band Archiving, EDR Solutions, Multi-Factor Authentication (YubiKeys, SmartCards) ERP- & Database Management: Support and development of ERP systems (GSD-ERPframe, infra:NET), SQL database management, automation of business processes Support & Digitization: First and Second Level Support, Continuous Optimization of IT-Supported Processes, Providing Development Environments for Software Teams Hardware & License Management: Acquisition and Management of IT Hardware, Software Licenses and IT Contracts

Training or experience in IT administration/system administration Knowledge of Microsoft and Network Technologies Experience with ERP systems and their interfaces Teamability, initiative and sense of responsibility Good knowledge of English (first management experience)
