In the early development phase, our motivated and innovative team at the Sindelfingen site has the responsibility for designing the high-voltage architecture for the future Mercedes-Benz plug-in and electric vehicles, consisting of e-drive, power electronics, battery and charging system. In the subsequent series development phase up to market launch, we implement the high-voltage architecture individually for each vehicle series and forms the interface of development responsibility to all other areas of the Group. These challenges come to you: As part of the team, you actively participate in new innovative development projects in the field of HV drive systems You support the team in the development process or in day-to-day business in general administrative and organizational activities You support system managers and module group speakers in project and committee management to the management level, in the meeting organization, tracking work packages and creating overviews and presentations Depending on the order situation or, where appropriate, on the basis of your own interest, these topics can be addressed to you: You can actively contribute to the investigation and development of new electrical drive concepts and support us in this - including the design of electrical components and the specification of electrical systems Structural work in the construction of electrical high-voltage components Designing circuits for highly integrated HV component To build the most desirable cars in the world, we must always keep a close eye on the competition - your task is to have a look at the activities of our competitors and to report them transparently. Depending on the degree of maturity of the project, we also work directly on the vehicle prototypes and record measurement data during a test trip and then evaluate them.
