Senior Consultant (w/m/d) From now on or after a joint agreement, we are looking for a state-approved educatorin / pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in part-time with 32 hours/week with youth assistance experience for our „Tagesgruppe Rückwind“ in Berlin-Schöneberg. The project „Backwind“ connects part-stationary day group places according to § 32 SGB VIII with special educational small classes at the Prignitz School in Berlin-Schöneberg. Two small groups, each with six seats, offer children and young people with a mental illness the opportunity to get back to school day. Teaching takes place in small groups and goes individually to the needs of the students. In addition, our educational staff conveys specific social and school-based skills that are important for the management of school attendance. Your duties Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You young people pedagogically as part of a regulated daily routine These include instruction guidance, group offers, support in the work-up of learning deficits and everyday skills training You design group daily with the participation of young people You work proactively and valuefully with parents and the educational reference system You work in a multi-professional team and regularly participate in team meetings and commissions Your profile a state recognition as an educator/pedagogical specialist (w/m/d) or a comparable degree is a prerequisite, such as childhood education, medical education, educational science You bring professional experience and a methodological repertoire for work in groups of children and/or youth with with your esteeming, solution-oriented and resource-oriented attitude, it is easy to get in touch with children and young people You are desirable to have experiences in the interface between youth assistance and school You have the pleasure of bringing your own hobbies and interests into work and to convey knowledge experiences with mental disorders would be desirable What you can expect from us Remuneration: Our salary system is coordinated with the works council and is between €20.85 and €27.95 per hour (corresponding to the pay tables of the TV-L in the Land of Berlin).
