Your tasks Have an open ear for our customers: Your responsibility lies in the processing of specific customer requests in the field of quality assurance. You act as a contact person for a customer circle assigned to you. Deviation analysis and measure determination: You document deviations from the defined process and shape resulting corrective or preventive measures School our teams: As a knowledge provider (m/w/x) you independently train process instructions in different logistics departments of our company and in customer support Support for audits: In addition, the preparation and support of customer audits is a welcome change for you
