Number: MER0003TII As a working student in the HR Data Analytics Team, you actively support the collection, processing and analysis of HR data. You help create meaningful reports and dashboards, perform statistical evaluations and participate in the development of data models. In addition, you prepare management presentations and work closely with various HR departments to develop data-based solutions for operational and strategic issues. Current studies in a relevant field (e.g. economics, psychology, data science, computer science or the like) First experiences or basic knowledge in handling data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, R, Python, Power BI or Tableau) Analytical thinking and structured working Teamability, initiative and good communication skills Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate, giving the semester and proof of the regular study period.
