According to this motto, the brewing houses of the Schönbuch Braumanufaktur are designed with locations in Böblingen, Stuttgart and Calw. With 200-300 seats and ample outdoor spaces, in Böblingen additionally a beer garden, we offer plenty of space for a cozy experience in regional specialties, seasonal dishes and a delicious beer from the Schönbuch Braumanufaktur in Böblingen. As an active host, you are responsible for a smooth operation and keeping the standards in our kitchen with your deputy, the restaurant manager and a team of about 40 employees.
