As an IT security manager with a focus on ISMS, you develop IT security concepts and define IT security measures in close cooperation with the specialist departments. In doing so, maintain, evaluate and develop existing IT security solutions and security measures (SOC, SIEM, firewalls, endpoint security, NAC, etc.). You conduct CAP analyses, risk assessments and internal audits as part of an active IT risk management and are responsible for the support and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS). You can also create and develop internal guidelines for implementing IT security, data protection and IT compliance. You are responsible for the analysis, evaluation and consolidation of IT security sites, cyber threats and day-to-day security warnings, control the vulnerability management, coordinate coordination of the Pentest implementation and elimination of Findings. Your tasks include the organisation and security of the employee/user awareness in terms of IT security and data protection, the creation of training content for the digital learning platform and cooperation in the implementation of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and the development of operational alarm systems and the modeling of alarm scenarios.
