Senior Consultant (m/w/d) im Tagdienst Wohngruppe Stadthaus Would you like to support one of our most modern residential projects with your educational know-how, actively bring your own ideas and look forward to an exciting activity? In the middle of Babenhausen, right on the former city wall and walking to the pedestrian area, our modern residential building is located. In a multi-family house it offers 18 adult people with mental impairment in different large apartments a home. All apartments are fully equipped with wheelchairs and designed in the most modern design.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour, you provide a reliable daily routine, create the leisure of the residents and actively influence a pleasant atmosphere of living • As a reference manager*in, you help extraordinary people build a personal aid network and implement the personalised individual participation planning • In a dynamic and varied field of work, you work on the conceptual development and the construction of the daily structure with • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our residents • For the best possible support, you work closely with members, legal supervisors, the team and with colleagues working across the board, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work
