What you do with us: You systematically collect repair and disruption messages from the markets. Internal and external correspondences with landlords, authorities, insurance companies and service providers are also part of your responsibility. When testing and processing material requirements and creating investment applications, you support the project manager Bau. You take over the processing and award of contracts for crafts and services. The control of the maintenance orders for technical facilities and installations is also in your hands. Take responsibility? Of course for you – you check and process invoices completely and reliably. You will also take care of the new and replacement purchase of market equipment.
