For our area of credit management, we are looking for you as a follow-up due to the upcoming retirement of the current job owner.

Full processing and responsibility for all associated recovery and settlement cases Support for employees in the (risk) analysis of the associated recovery or settlement cases and the further action strategy Identification of risk-prone engagements and submission of proposals to adequately establish risk provision Creation of decision templates and regular reporting to board and supervisory boards Further development of the methodology, processes and governance structures in the context of rehabilitation and settlement Support for further regulatory issues of the Bank as needed (e.g. in the context of general banking control, risk management or supervisory requirements) Leadership of employees in the area Technical support of the employees, who have further tasks, e.g. extraneous payments, loss data collection including Operating Economic Report on Loss Estimation (BBVS), Forbearance, Comparative Approaches to Security Assessment

Business Studies, Savings Bank Business Administration or Comparative Qualifications such as Seminars Refurbishment/Development As an alternative to legal studies with practical knowledge in the field of rehabilitation/developing Long-standing professional experience in demanding corporate credit business, with practical experience in problem credit Enforcement and appreciation of leadership and social competence High level of independent action
