Analysis, further development and improvement of the existing engine calibre setup – both in international declines and in the central area of damage Conception, description and implementation of a Target Operating Model (TOM) for Motor Claims and close support of New Business Regular monitoring of the engine portfolio, including performance analyses, trend observation, evaluation of deviations and structured classification of results for control purposes Development, control and further development of global end-to-end processes in service provider management – from onboarding to monitoring and audits to offboarding – with the gravity of the engine, but also for further savings Creation of analyses, decision-making templates and presentations and streamlined derivation of optimization measures Close cooperation with (international) stakeholders: in particular from harm and underwriting

Completed study of the economy, legal knowledge or a comparable subject Multiannual experience in damage management, process management or the control of external service providers (TPA / DCA), preferably in international or transnational control structures Knowledge of damage processes, preferably motors or divisions with frequency components Experience in process design and the development of control, KPI or governance models, ideally in complex, international setups Experience in (agile) projects or transformation initiatives Very good analytical and practical skills and the ability to prepare complex facts Secure handling of digital tools (e.g. Power BI); Experience with automation or AI-based solutions of advantage High communication and team skills as well as pleasure in working together in global institutions German and English knowledge (min.
