Preparation and implementation of fermentations in Class D clean room Cell harvesting and cell digestion Various filtration techniques Aseptic Work under Laminar Flow Work Benches performing in-process controls (determination of pH and conductivity, absorption measurement, endotoxin determination, determination of optical density, microscopy) Pre- and post-production of production campaigns Support in the qualification and calibration of devices GMP-compliant document creation and documentation

AGC Biologics is looking for trained BTA, CTA, pharmaceutical or chemical edges, chemical or biology laboratories for the production team in Heidelberg (alternative Bachelor or comparable degree) Technical skills and knowledge of chromatographic purification of proteins and/or microbial fermentation are desirable Team skills, responsibility and quality awareness are important to us ready for shift work in the three-shift system during production campaigns, weekend work possible Good knowledge of German and English Valid residence and work permit
