They support us in the tasks of the Department of Electro: • Organization: You organize and control maintenance work on electrical equipment on our properties.

• Maintenance: They participate in the inspection, maintenance and repair of technical installations, buildings and their equipment and document these activities.

• Repairs: They perform small repairs and capture and document the corresponding work.

• Language skills: you have written and oral German skills at the level of mother tongue.

• Qualification: You have completed technical training as an electrician (gn), an electronic (gn) or a comparable qualification in building technology with several years of professional experience and a class B licence.

• Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge and experience in building maintenance.

• Personality: They convince by an appreciative approach, are able to communicate and team, like to take responsibility and keep an overview even in difficult situations.

• Operation: You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and work organized, committed and targeted.
