The Rhenus IT Cycle is a specialist for professional withdrawal, data deletion and remarketing of IT equipment - from individual laptop to complete server landscape. We help companies to safely, sustainably and legally dispose of their used hardware or to recycle them. Do you enjoy dealing with people, love finding solutions, and want to inspire customers with excellent service? Then you're right with us!

You are the first contact point for our customers - by phone and email - and answer questions about our services. If a product is not available, you will advise our customers individually and find suitable alternatives - with a good sense for their needs. You will accompany online orders from the entrance to the shipment and ensure a smooth process. Invoices and credits you create reliably and with a view to detail. In case of complaints, you will find solutions, coordinate withdrawals and support in the shipping process.

You have a completed commercial training or first experience in customer support - but also cross-comers are welcome. In addition, you're enjoying the phone, you're strong in communication and you're still in stressful moments. You work structured, reliable and like to think with. When dealing with common office programs (e.g. Outlook, Excel), you feel safe. You have good German skills in word and writing, English is a plus.
